APPLICATION INFORMATION
HOMEOWNER EDUCATION is required for all applicants. A list of local HUD certified homeowner education providers can be found here.
Please register for the following education classes:
· Homeowner Education Workshop
· Financial Workshop
Please review the required documents list for the comprehensive list of the information and items needed for our office to fully process your preliminary application. Also, please review What to Do to Get Approved.
Please note that there is a Mortgage Credit Report Fee to fully process your application ($75.09 - Single/ $97.93 - Married). Please contact our office to arrange a time to drop off a cashier’s check or money order. Cashier Checks and Mooney Orders are to be made out to Omaha 100 Inc. This fee is Non-Refundable.
In order for Omaha 100 to process your application in a timely manner, it is important that all requested information be turned in to our office promptly.
HOW TO APPLY
Due to a high volume of mortgage applications, we are temporarily postponing the processing of any new applications until March 15th, 2025. This pause will allow us to manage our current workload effectively and ensure that each family receives the attention they deserve.
Once we resume intake of applications, we will promptly notify all applicants. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this busy time. For any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact our office.
